3D Animator job opening description
We are currently looking for a creative artist to work with our team. They are responsible for producing high-quality realistic and stylized output for our clients projects.
The job profiles will vary on various broadcasting and streaming platforms, including:
- OTT / Web series
- Movies
- Commercials (Digital ads) / TVC
Responsibilities
- Animating Creatures, Inorganic Objects for VFX and full CG project
- Previz, Layout and Camera work as needed
- Previous experience Animating in advertising, feature film or animation production – ideally realistic creatures or characters
- Good communication skills to enable you to work well in a team and take direction from home site, clients, directors etc.
- Implement various animations as per need of story
- Adaptability and the willingness to learn new processes and technical skills
- Brainstorm with the team to find technical and creative solutions
- Work seamlessly with various departments of 2D and 3D to finish your work
- Continuous improvements in the shot
- Be ready for multiple options, to convey Director’s vision
- Punctual in dailies and QCs
- Zeal to finish project within deadline
- Helps the Director for storytelling
- Need to maintain animation consistency of characters
Qualifications & Skills
- Proper knowledge of principles of animation, body anatomy, various perspective and overall composition
- A strong understanding of production pipeline
- Ability to communicate his/her ideas both verbally and visually
- Ability to take feedback positively and work upon it for betterment
- Motivated and solution driven attitude
- Ability to keyframe animations as per demand of Director and narration style
- Detail oriented work nature
- Adheres to all digital file management protocols including naming conventions, folder structure, code names and more
- Understand and gel with our studio culture
- Must have teamwork oriented work approach
- Passion for your work
- Must be able to import-export files between various 3D softwares to get desired output
Any of the following is a great advantage
- Unreal Engine
- Rigging skills
- Editing skills
- Adaptability and the willingness to learn new processes and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

We have started with these two locations at our offline studio facility. Will expand to other major cities in near future.
