What is Photogrammetry?
Photogrammetry is a word which is more and more often used within the field of 3D modelling. It originated way back before the technological boom. However, now-a-days we can daily see its various implementations across industries. It saves time and money. Moreover, it is a non-destructive and non-hazardous method of data capture for creation of 3D models.
By seeing what people can achieve with photogrammetry, no matter the industry, we needed to find a way how to show these outstanding projects to people. Thus, we had asked ourselves: what is the best way to spread the word about all these creations and interesting stories they do? That is when the idea of CRhub occurred to us. We want to inspire. Give people space to talk about their work. Get ideas. Share ideas.

Whether it is a cultural-heritage preservation and the honourable cause it entails, be it game or VFX assets, or large-scale mapping and surveying job, the technology now allows you to capture these objects, augment them, bring them into virtual reality, a movie or a game, and use it for entertainment, education, training, and much more.
