After successful webinar of advanced character walk animation cycle, Escape Studios has organized one level up online learning webinar. Earlier webinar was focused on adding personality in walk cycle of human and cartoon characters. The latest one is aimed towards animal walk cycle. It will be beneficial to novice and experienced animators both.

Alex himself is a veteran Animator, having professional experience of 25+ years in the Animation industry. Through the webinar of ‘How to animate animals and creatures’, he will share various industry standard animation tips and tricks. He will also teach regarding how to think and execute different animation styles for different animals and creatures. It varies movie to movie and depends on various parameters like story line, characteristics, genre of movie (comedy, realistic, futuristic, romantic etc.) and more. Ultimately, it all depends on animator’s approach for character animation.
The biggest challenge of animating animals and creatures is that they are non-human characters. It requires a great amount of detailed study and keen observation for such animation. As mentioned earlier, it lays its foundations in various parameters. Rule of thumb is not to get carried away in too many technical details, which might overcome the essence of character animation. So, the animator has to work very carefully. He/she can use stock footage videos for reference or can do acting for animation by himself / herself.
