What is Cityscape Pro?
Cityscape Pro is a parametric modeling plugin for 3ds Max. The software is designed to automate up to 40% of production tasks in the Architectural Visualization industry.
Cityscape Pro is a complete solution for modeling parametric urban areas, the features include generating realistic roads, curbs, curbcuts, sidewalks, grass, lakes, terrain, snow, and more. The splines are used as input objects, the generated result is a clean, detailed mesh that can be used as a solid base for other assets in a scene. The plugin can generate large, city-scale models.

The development of Cityscape Pro has started in 2017. The software was first used in the leading Architectural Visualization studio in Canada, Cicada Design Inc. Cityscape Pro has streamlined their production workflow allowing artists to focus on creating visually appealing imagery without being hung up on technical challenges of site modeling.

Features of Cityscape Pro:
Parametric Roads: The creation of realistic roads has always been a big challenge. The Road Texture tool allows you to generate realistic roads with custom pavement markings.
Hardscape Areas: A pavement with complex patterns is generated by splines areas. The result is a clean, single-piece geometry that can be used as a solid base for other assets in a scene.
Parametric Water: Create realistic lakes, reservoirs, and ponds with ease, pick a spline area, specify depth and click on the generate button, done!
Supergrass: Supergrass is a hyper-realistic grass plugin for Vray. It is very easy to use and takes much less memory than scattering geometry.
Curbcuts: Modeling curbcuts have never been so easy before. Pick a spline area, click the generate button and perfect curbcuts are ready.
Parametric Snow: Create realistic winter scenes with complete control over snow. Snow geometry is generated by using spline areas.
Parametric Terrain: Modify existing terrain or create a new one from a simple plane. Berms, terrain depression, and holes in a surface can be generated by using spline areas.
Curb Profiles: Cityscape Pro comes with 5 Curb templates. “No Curb” feature allows users to completely remove curb from a specified spline area for more control.
Material Library: The material library contains over 70 high-quality tileable materials that can be used within Cityscape Pro environment as well as outside of it.
